JRoze Collections makes every attempt to list all ingredients of our products to prevent anyone from having an allergic reaction. We take this very seriously! Please read all ingredients before any purchase, and understand you are buying and using at your own risk. Although, you may not know until the product is used that you are allergic to it and it have some adverse side effect. We do apologize for this. By checking the “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions”, you agree to NOT hold JRoze Collections liable for any adverse reactions to her products. JRoze Collections
- All orders from J Roze Collections (hair products and accessories) must be returned, sealed and unused within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns by mail may take up to 2 weeks to be processed for customers in the U.S.
- The return process could take up to 2 months for customers in other countries.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, although your bank/credit union may take longer to post the transaction(s).
- All SALES are FINAL: No returns or exchanges of open items.
Missing package Policy
- If the carrier has deemed that your order has been delivered to the address on file, but you have not received it, please check your respective leasing office and / or front desk if possible (If you live in apartment/ townhomes).
- Please note that when you place an order with J Roze Collections, you agree to the following proper protocol in the event of a missing package case.
- Once item(s) is shipped, please keep track with your package through USPS, UPS, or FedEx with the tracking number provided, as we no longer have control.
