  • Customers will receive their order 2-8 business days after it is placed, (excluding weekends, and holidays).

INVALID ADDRESS POLICY

  • Our customers will receive a courtesy email notification in the event that the carrier has deemed the recipient address to be invalid. Please note that if no response is given within 48 hours following the second attempt to contact the recipient, the parcel will be shipped out to the parcel, and the parcel will ship out to the address provided.
  • Please ensure that all Suite / Apt / Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in the Address Line 2.
  • The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products.
