All orders from J Roze Collections (hair products and accessories) must be returned, sealed and unused within 30 days of purchase. Returns by mail may take up to 2 weeks to be processed for customers in the U.S. The return process could take up to 2 months for customers in other countries. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, although your bank/credit union may take longer to post the transaction(s). All SALES are FINAL: No returns or exchanges of open items.
