What should I do if I have a rash breakout?
Discontinue use of that cream, or oil immediately. Monitor for a couple of days to see if rash disappears. If not, please consult with your doctor as you may have allergic reaction to this product.
Do you ship to all US and International addresses?
Yes, we ship to all US States and International. Please contact me before purchases if you intending on receiving international.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Sorry, no we do not ship to PO boxes.
Does your Edge and Beard Serum have a shelf life?
No, since it is all-natural, there is no expiration date. If used properly, this will not become a issue / concern.
What is the best way to reach you if I have a question?
The best way to reach me is by the contact form. We have so many solicitors calling with bogus numbers, I may miss your call thinking it’s spam.
What shipping method do you use?
We always select the best/cheapest shipping method. Whether it is UPS, FedEx ground, or if you in a rush, we can do 2 day shipping.
How long before my order is shipped?
Normally once order is placed and funds are received, the orders are packaged and shipped next day. The time frame will depend on the shipping method, but normally around 4 to 5 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number, If so, how?
Yes, once your item has been shipped, I will be sending you the tracking number via the email you used when placing the order.
