Prior to founding J Roze LLC, Jamecia Howard earned a degree in Medical Office Administration and double-majored at Mitchell’s Hair Academy. She also obtained her certification as a CNS1.

Jamecia became a successful hairstylist due to her deep passion for her craft. Her love for hair care inspired her to create a hair oil designed to help women, men, and children promote healthy hair growth and boost their confidence.

The motivation behind launching her product line stemmed from witnessing family members and clients struggle with hair loss caused by illness, stress, and improper hair care. Many lacked access to effective products or knowledge of proper hair maintenance. Determined to make a difference, Jamecia committed herself to developing a hair oil that not only restores hope but also uplifts her family and clients. Through her work, she remains dedicated to providing professional service and exceptional customer care.
