Returns Policy

All orders from J Roze Collections (hair products and accessories) must be returned, sealed and unused within 30 days of purchase. Returns by mail may take up to 2 weeks to be processed for customers in the U.S. The return process could take up to 2 months for customers in other countries. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, although your bank/credit union may take longer to post the transaction(s). All SALES are FINAL: No returns or exchanges of open items.

Shipping

Customers will receive their order 2-8 business days after it is placed, (excluding weekends, and holidays).

Our customers will receive a courtesy email notification in the event that the carrier has deemed the recipient address to be invalid. Please note that if no response is given within 48 hours following the second attempt to contact the recipient, the parcel will be shipped out to the parcel, and the parcel will ship out to the address provided. Please ensure that all Suite / Apt / Unit numbers and respective abbreviations are listed in the Address Line 2. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his or her products.
